The location was comfy and handy in a downtown area, adjacent to the center of Niagara Falls and the Niagara falls and the Rainbow Bridge. We stayed in a great-sizedroom with bath as well as tea.

Enjoyable and delicious breakfast and variety of goodies. A nice size and well-appointed room provided with large balcony and tea, for instance. Extremely clean building, peaceful location right by the fabulous Niagara, the American Falls, and the bus stop right outside.

I was almost ready to write a good review, but that would be too generous considering the windows didn't close all the way and it was freezing. The smell of cigarette smoke was definitely not the luxury experience i expected. Charging me for late checkout woudl ve been an absolute disgrace!

The shower head in our bathroom couldn't be adjusted and the claw foot tub made getting in and out a bit tricky. The windows did not close all the way, letting in a draft, made the room chilly at times, and there were some lingering smells of cigarette smoke in the hallways.

Couple's good escape

It was a nice stay. The room was spacious and clean with comfy beds, and breakfast was a feast every morning! Had local sausage and apple-filled French toast that was out of this world!

Though it was a bit pricey, it was still acceptable considering the experience.

We loved the spacious room and really good breakfast options. The location is a great base for visiting places like the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark and local wineries. The nearby Wego line makes getting around super easy. Definitely recommend trying board games in the loft room and soaking in the cozy atmosphere!
